Endorsement is required to make sure your Plan Manager can continue supporting you. Here’s when you’ll need to endorse:

Before your plan review meeting, check whether you’re getting:

  • A new plan → You’ll usually need to re-endorse your Plan Manager.
  • A plan extension → Endorsement normally isn’t required, though sometimes the NDIA may still ask you to confirm.

How to Endorse My Plan Advisor (Only 3 Steps)

Endorsing us as your Plan Manager is simple! You can do it in three easy ways:

Step 1
Online – myGov Portal
  1. Log in to your myGov account and open my NDIS participant portal.
  2. Select Plan Management and endorse My Plan Advisor as your provider.
Step 2
By Phone – Call the NDIA
  1. Dial 1800 800 110.
  2. Tell them you’d like to endorse My Plan Advisor as your Plan Manager.
Step 3
In Person – Through Your LAC or Planner
  1. Speak to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or NDIS Planner.
  2. Ask them to endorse My Plan Advisor as your Plan Manager.
  3. Our NDIS Provider Number: 405004958.

When endorsing, always request: “My Plan Advisor” as your Plan Manager -not just as a general provider — otherwise, we won’t be able to process your invoices.

With more than 20 years of combined experience in corporate banking and disability services, Vishnu brings deep expertise in financial management, budgeting, and compliance. As CEO of My Disability Care, he successfully led the delivery of high-quality services to hundreds of NDIS participants across Queensland, ensuring strong governance and participant focused outcomes. Now, as Director of My Plan Advisor, Vishnu applies the same commitment to efficiency, transparency, and ethical practice. His leadership ensures that every client receives trusted, compliant, and personalised plan management support designed to maximise the benefits of their NDIS funding.
Inder Gill

Inder Gill

Director - COO
Inder Gill is a lawyer and business professional with a strong background in law, disability services, and accounting. As Director of My Disability Care, Inder has overseen operations, compliance, and audits under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards framework, ensuring services meet the highest standards of care and accountability. Inder values clear communication and cultural understanding in supporting individuals and communities. With a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Inder brings both legal expertise and financial insight to his work. This combination allows him to navigate complex issues in compliance, governance, and risk management with confidence and clarity. As Director of My Plan Advisor, Inder is committed to delivering the same high standard of service, compliance, and care that he has upheld throughout his career.
Tharindu Karunarathna

Tharindu Karunarathna

Senior Accountant, Plan Management
Tharindu is a highly skilled finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including extensive expertise in the NDIS sector. He holds a Master of Professional Accounting, is an Associate Member of CPA Australia, and also accredited with the Institute of Public Accountants (AIPA, IFA). At My Plan Advisor, Tharindu leads the financial operations of plan management, ensuring that budgets are tracked, invoices are processed accurately, and participant funding is managed in full compliance with NDIS guidelines. His focus is on transparency, accuracy, and accountability—providing peace of mind for participants and their families. Tharindu’s commitment is to simplify the financial side of plan management so that clients can focus on their goals. His professional expertise, combined with a supportive approach, ensures participants receive maximum value and confidence in their plans.
