  • A new plan → You’ll usually need to re-endorse your Plan Manager.
  • A plan extension → Endorsement normally isn’t required, though sometimes the NDIA may still ask you to confirm.

When endorsing, always request: “My Plan Advisor” as your Plan Manager -not just as a general provider — otherwise, we won’t be able to process your invoices.
